How we work

RA Management Services work on behalf of clients and are ultimately paid by our clients for our services.

We work on a fee basis, however, clients will select the most suitable payment option for them. Payment options include fee, customer agreed remuneration (where an agreed level of initial charge is deducted from an investment or pension to cover fee) or commission offset.

At the initial meeting there is no charge or commitment from clients or adviser. This provides an opportunity to for you to discuss your needs and also for us to discuss our services. Provided we can add value, we will suggest the most appropriate client service option and discuss the costs involved.

We will confirm any costs to you in writing and request that you sign our client agreement as well as our client service mandate prior to work commencing.

We will typically follow up the initial meeting with a further fact finding session, after which a personalised financial planning report will be prepared. Provided no alterations are required to the proposed plan we will implement in line with your instructions and authority.
